Maritime University of Szczecin is a state university established 70 years ago. There are more than 2500 students in our university – 15% of them are foreigners and they represent 20 countries.

All our seagoing programmes are 100% compliant with STCW (The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers). On graduation and having completed 12 months of sea-time you will receive the Officer of the Watch or Engineer Officer of the Watch rank.

Programmes delivered in English

Navigation (BSc) sea-going

  • Duration: 4 years
  • Deadline for application: August 31, 2020
  • Tuition fee per year: approx. EUR 2950 for non EU citizens  and EUR 550 for EU citizens

  • Duration: 4 years

Please attach a digital version of your secondary school-leaving certificate and if you are applying to a 2nd cycle (graduate) programme attach also your 1st cycle (undergraduate) diploma (in Polish or in English language). If we reply to you saying that your academic qualification makes you an eligible candidate of our University please start collecting all necessary application documents.
