The University has just received a PLN 7 million grant from EU funds for implementation of the NEW HORIZONS project. The project is to result in, among other things, opening new degree programmes of Naval Architecture and Geoinformatics (under certain restrictions they will be free of charge for students from outside the EU!), financing visiting professors from other countries, internships abroad for teachers, study visits abroad for students, access to paid placements for graduates and many other activities aimed at improving the quality of teaching and the comfort of studying at the University.
