- if you apply to a programme delivered in Polish your documents must be submitted in hard copy (paper version)
- for programmes with English language of instruction you may deliver the application either in a traditional or in digital way. Hard copy (applicants to programmes delivered in Polish language):
All documents from part A (previous qualifications) as well as all documents signed by you or your parents are to be delivered to our University as originals or as a copy certified by a notary public
. Other documents may be provided to us as regular copies however you will be obliged to present their original versions on enrolment (i.e. once you are admitted and arrive in Szczecin before the beginning of the academic year).

as very good quality digital versions. If you are admitted to our University, you will receive a conditional admission decision
which may be then replaced with a final admission decision
once you present us original application documents when you arrive in Szczecin to complete your enrolment.
Please note – if you are planning to come to Szczecin during the admissions period and you will apply for visa
in your country, please contact our Office beforehand to receive your visa application support letter from our University
. To receive this you must send us via email (to international(AT)am.szczecin.pl) evidence of payment of the application processing fee, a digital version of your secondary school –leaving certificate or your 1st cycle (undergraduate) diploma as well as your number in the ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM
or, for programmes in English only – an application form with a questionnaire
, filled in and duly signed.
